Ned Culhane is the deputy chief financial and management officer, as well as the director of strategic relationships, for the All of Us Research Program. Ned’s portfolio includes congressional liaison activities, strategic planning, and long-term partnership development. Prior to joining the All of Us team, Ned most recently served as a senior legislative analyst in the NIH Office of Legislative Policy and Analysis. During his five years there, he served as the lead analyst for a number of institutes and centers as well as cross-NIH topics and prepared NIH leadership for congressional hearings. Ned graduated from the NIH Management Intern Program after starting his career as a program analyst at the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (now named the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health). Ned has a B.A. in psychology and politics and government from the University of Puget Sound.
