Program Update | All of Us Establishes Genetic Counseling Resource

All of Us former Director Eric Dishman shares an update about the program’s expanded partnership with Color, a health technology company, to establish the All of Us genetic counseling resource. Color's network of genetic counselors will help All of Us participants understand their genomic testing results and what it means for their health and their families.

A genome is an organism’s complete set of DNA, including all of its genes. Each genome contains all of the information needed to build and maintain that organism. In humans, a copy of the entire genome—more than 3 billion DNA base pairs—is contained in all cells that have a nucleus.
