Phyllis Bass, M.S.M.L., M.B.A. (she/her), has enjoyed a long career in human resources as an analyst and manager. She has been living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) since childhood, and her RA journey led to a passion for patient advocacy and patient education. She works with children and young adults newly diagnosed with arthritis and shares her story to provide hope to both patients and their families.
Phyllis has a B.S. in business with a minor in human resource management, an M.S. in management and leadership, and an M.B.A. She lives in Cypress, Texas, and enjoys volunteering, traveling, and gardening.
