Rachele Peterson, M.B.A., M.S., is the chief of staff for the All of Us Research Program. She is a certified clinical research professional and certified research administrator with nearly 20 years of research and management experience in the private sector, academia, and health systems. Before joining the National Institutes of Health, Rachele was the senior director of clinical research at Vibrent Health, which leads the All of Us Participant Technology Systems Center. She also previously served as executive director and a principal investigator of the University of Arizona and Banner Health All of Us health care provider organization, and as the associate director of research administration at University of Arizona Health Sciences.
Rachele received an M.S. and an Executive M.B.A. from Arizona State University and a B.A. in public policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
