NIH’s All of Us Research Program has issued a set of vacancy announcements to grow the organization’s senior leadership team. The program is looking for applicants with a commitment to scientific excellence and the energy, enthusiasm, and innovative thinking necessary to lead a dynamic and diverse organization.
All of Us aims to engage a participant community from across the country that reflects America’s diversity, including groups who have been historically underrepresented in biomedical research. With rich and evolving data contributed by participants over time – through surveys, electronic health records, biospecimens, wearable technologies, data linkages, and more – the All of Us research platform will support discoveries that lead to new prevention strategies and treatments for foundational health challenges.

- The Chief Cohort Development Officer directs a comprehensive set of activities to recruit and retain one million or more diverse participants nationwide, from all walks of life.
- The Chief Engagement Officer builds relationships with key stakeholders, including participants, communities, researchers, and providers, to raise awareness about the program and gather input to inform program plans.
- The Chief Medical and Scientific Officer helps set the scientific vision for the program and develops the protocol roadmap, charting the integration of new data types, to support a wide range of research discoveries.
- The Chief User Experience Officer works to make participants’ and researchers’ experiences with the program’s digital platforms the best they can be, in coordination with cross-cutting teams of designers and analysts.
