The All of Us exhibit booth was open November 6 through 8, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MT at the ASHG Annual Meeting in Denver, Colorado. The “Getting Started with Biomedical and Genomic Data in the All of Us Researcher Workbench” workshop was held on November 5, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. MT at the ASHG Annual Meeting. Workshop attendees participated in interactive exercises using All of Us data to conduct genomics research. The session included a sample genome-wide association study using Hail in Jupyter Notebook, sample notebooks to jump-start research after the workshop, and more. Attendees also had the opportunity to participate in a question-and-answer session.
