Ned Culhane is the strategic relationships team lead of the All of Us Research Program. Ned’s portfolio includes congressional liaison activities, strategic planning, and long-term partnership development. Prior to joining the All of Us team, Ned most recently served as a senior legislative analyst in the NIH Office of Legislative Policy and Analysis. During his five years there, he served as the lead analyst for a number of institutes and centers as well as cross-NIH topics and prepared NIH leadership for congressional hearings. Ned graduated from the NIH Management Intern Program after starting his career as a program analyst at the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (now named the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health). Ned has a B.A. in psychology and politics and government from the University of Puget Sound.
